  2) They sent over a new contract for me to sign for a 12 month lease, with broken English and the wrong rent amount. When I told them this, they sent another contract with another wrong amount (+$200 / week) and a different amount listed in different areas of the contract.

  3) They arrived at my rental with the landlord, unannounced, for a "routine inspection". I foolishly let them in and the agent laughed at my bed clothes / pillow cases for being red, saying they're "Chinese".

  4) Every month we got an automated message telling us that our rent was late, when it wasn't. Every month they apologized and said it wouldn't happen next month. It kept happening even after the landlord fired them and they were no longer managing the property.

  Lindellas have excellently managed our rental property for the last twelve months. All members of the rental team we dealt with promptly responded and to our phone calls and email correspondence and were very helpful in communicating with the tenant and arranging access to the property when required. Thanks especially to Kalliope and Nicole. I would recommend Lindellas as they provided us with a very professional property management service.

  Do not rent from them, do no give them direct debit access to your bank account. Find another property.

  1) After they took over as the agent for the place I was renting, they tried and failed to transfer the bond over from the previous agent. We then got asked to pay ANOTHER bond even though we already had a bond lodged with the RTBA.
